Perspective Psychotherapy
You are Intelligent. You are Worthy. You are Enough.
Perspective Psychotherapy is all about working on yourself. No one should ever pretend to know your life better than you do. I am here and willing to help you navigate your life journey, at whatever stage you may be at. You are the expert of your own life, but sometimes we need a little push or help from someone else to tackle life's challenges and obstacles.
I am a psychotherapist registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I work from a culturally-responsive, trauma-informed, person-centred lens. I mainly use methods and techniques derived from Talk Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. 45-50 minute sessions with me include a lot of inner child work, and learning ways to cope on your own without having to depend on others to be your safe space.
Generally I work with clients between the ages of 11-20 regarding general mental health problems. This include, but are not limited to, stress, anxiety, school issues, family issues, depression, and relationship issues.
Please don't hesitate to reach out for any questions that you may have either through text, call, or email.
